Featuring Lee Shai Weissbach
Lee Shai has just spent a year in Israel as a visiting professor at the University of Haifa and is just back from Israel. He will be sharing his experiences there and the current state of Jewish-Arab relations within Israel and the prospects for a two-state solution.
I have had an excellent year here [in Israel], both professionally and personally. I have also been gratified to encounter lots of examples of Arab-Jewish coexistence during the year (the student body at my university, the University of Haifa, for instance, is 20 per cent Arab) but I was disappointed that there was no real progress on a two-state solution during our stay. I'll have lots to tell about when we see each other again. --Lee Shai Weissbach Dont miss this fun and informative event. RSVP to Mark Isaacs at info@Togetherfor2states.org
